- 1:00pm-2:00pm on Saturday afternoons at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Ypsilanti (201 N River St).
- Eight interactive health discussions for the whole family (February 6, February 13, February 20, February 27, March 13, March 20, March 27, & April 3).
- Healthy, delicious lunches will be served (and free!).

- 2:00pm-3:00pm on Saturday afternoons (immediately following the health discussions).
